One-to-One Personal Training 

In-person, fully tailored sessions with my complete attention.

  • Fully personalised workout programmes

Sessions take place at: Hybrid Fitness gym in Reigate or at your home (depending on location).

Online Training

Ideal for busy professionals or anyone who wants expert guidance without needing to meet in person. You’ll receive the same level of personalised support remotely.

  • Custom training plans designed for your equipment (gym, home or minimal)

  • Regular check-ins and form feedback via app

  • Nutrition and habit guidance

  • Lifestyle and accountability support

  • Unlimited messaging support

  • Regular programme adjustments

  • Full integration with Fitbit, MyFitnessPal and MyZone

  • Runs for 4 week blocks

 

All delivered 100% online - train from anywhere, at times that suit you.

Step 1:
Get in touch

Drop me a message, send an email or speak to me in the gym if you see me there. Tell me a little about your goals, current fitness level and availability

Step 2:
fitness Consultation

We’ll arrange a quick 15–20 minute chat where we’ll:

  • Discuss your goals and what you’re looking to achieve

  • Talk about your current fitness level and any challenges

Step 3:
Getting started for 1-1 training

We’ll book your first session which includes:

  • A full movement and fitness assessment​

  • A customised workout

  • designed specifically for you

  • Setting clear goals for your training

Step 4:
Ongoing 
one-to-one
training

You’ll train with me in person on a regular basis. Each session is fully focused on you with real-time training, technique feedback and motivation

After our fitness consultation you’ll receive a welcome email with:

  • A link to download the training app and login

  • Forms to complete (health questionnaire, goals, equipment available, etc.)

  • Once payment is received, you will get your fully personalised training plan, habit guidance and schedule and much more

You can then begin training straight away with your custom programme

Ongoing online Training

You’ll follow a fully personalised training programme from anywhere. This includes regular programme adjustments, video form checks if needed, regular check-ins, progress tracking and ongoing support via messaging so you’re never training alone.
